It’s been a great experience having June as my agent; she’s helpful, patient, and always keeps me up to date. My coop was a tough sell that took 4 months, and she held weekly open houses, featured it, and tried her best without complaining or losing patience. Not only that, before my co-op's closing, the buyer requested last-minute fix-ups, because I was living far from my co-op, she personally brought in a handyman to patch my co-op up without me having to be there, and she took money out of her pocket to pay the handyman as well! I believe it’s in those tough situations that you can tell apart good agents from bad ones, and she’s definitely one of the best. Thanks to her, my experience is much less painful.
